Doug Dugard is the Regional Facility Director for Smith & Nephew. He has responsibly for facilities, maintenance, security, and food services for over 80 locations across North America.
Doug received a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health from the University of Memphis and an MBA from Union University where he has served as an adjunct professor.
Professionally, he has over 30 years of experience in the environmental, safety and construction industry serving as a consultant, regulator and industry representative. He has a professional registration as a Certified Hazardous Material Manger (CHMM) and serves on the Memphis and Shelby County Air Pollution Control Board.
Married for 34 years, Doug has two grown children and recently became a Grandfather in June of this year. Outside of work he enjoys trout fishing, working on his 1998 Jeep Wrangler (affectionately named Sasquatch) and completing various renovation/remodeling projects for friends and family.
